CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

All ticket purchases for the 2026 Burgas Festival are final. In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection regulations for live entertainment events, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or are unable to attend a performance.

When You are Entitled to a Refund: • Event Cancellation: If a scheduled concert is cancelled entirely, you will automatically receive a full refund for the face value of your ticket. • Rescheduling: If a concert is moved to a different date or location and you are unable to attend the new time, you are entitled to a full face-value refund upon request. Please note that secondary expenses such as travel and accommodation are not covered by the festival.
